How is it that we come to be upon this gem of a planet reeking havoc upon its, and our own existence?  How can we be spiritual beings and not feel the pain of its creatures, hear the very creaking and moaning of the ground in lamentation over the thoughtlessness of humanity?  How interesting that the only creature on this planet who can reason,  has left such a legacy of thoughtless destruction upon the very home that gives us sustenance and life. 

To weep is not enough.  For all our tears will not save us from a certain death, based upon concepts that put coloured pieces of  paper before life and nature.  When will we understand the difference between wisdom and reason?  When will we look beyond the colourful words of politicians to the implications behind them?  Power, as humanity understands it today, is an illusion.  Very few of those in power,  even realize the true responsibility involved.  Governed by their egos and self-centred interests, they threaten even their very lives.  “They choke on a gnat and swallow a camel.”  Don’t be fooled anymore. 

Beware of we who go through life thinking we are well informed, for we naively sit at our supper tables every night, while everything that is truly, good and holy upon the earth, dies by the minute.  We who are so well informed, are getting our information from the blind, and we don’t even know it.  Much of the media’s job today, is to grab your attention, (to sell), not to inform.  Awaken!
